About Anja Pieper

Coaching, promoting diversity, developing teams, designing trainings - I became increasingly aware that this is where my strengths and interests lie. While working in various areas of the academic book trade, becoming a project manager made it clear to me that, in addition to organizing, conceptualizing and planning, I was particularly interested in the issues of successful collaboration, so I pursued these topics further. As a coach and diversity trainer, with a lot of experience in leadership, organizational development and project management, the focus of my work is on diversity, especially neurodiversity- neurodiversity, coaching, consulting, training - Autism, ADHD and work - consulting and training for teams that are or want to become neurodiverse - collegial consulting - diversity-sensitive coaching - diversity-sensitive organizational and staff development - communication, language and discrimination - anti-bias in personnel selection processes - diversity training Not least because of my own experiences, I can empathize well with different perspectives and mediate between them. Even though the topic of neurodiversity is particularly important to me, it is above all diversity, equality and inclusion as a whole that I am committed to! I am committed to a society in which we pay attention to the strengths and possibilities, the needs and desires of all people; in which it is natural to arrange things in a way that creates belonging for all. A society in which diversity is valued in all its dimensions.
