About Anja Silic

During my period within the company I have gained extensive knowledge and experiences in the innovative pharmaceutical business as well as in generics through leading the GX initiative. I have been involved in long term strategic and business operations and I have been ensuring development and implementation of marketing and sales promotion as well as together with medical department support the clinical studies initiatives and ensure medical specific product knowledge. Team work development, people management and leadership skills have been the key pillars during my position as BU lead. Cross-functional work has been one of my best strengths, within our cluster market as well as cross-sharing with other markets in IDM Europe. Throughout the years I have strengthen contacts with different customers, medical societies (infectious diseases, internal medicine, neurology, cardiology, rare diseases); tendering & KAM management, reimbursement authorities and patient associations, partnerships with NIP through vaccines initiatives and several media/programs have enriched my customer approach in supporting access of innovative medicines. Strong engagement in the RD communities have brought many successes in policy shaping, increasing treatment availability and Patient outcomes within Adriatic and across Eastern cluster.
