After starting out in classic CPG advertising in Germany, I relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area, where I have been directing digital strategy, multi-channel marketing programs and technology-focused initiatives. I am enthusiastic about re-envisioning marketing operations to better align sales and marketing teams and drive best-in-class customer experiences. My colleagues would describe me as a dedicated team player with a can-do attitude, who advocates for change and remains positive, even (most of the time) when faced with challenges. I enjoy collaboration in cross-functional teams, especially with Sales and IT, and working in an environmont of mutual trust and respect, where we can learn from each other.
