About Anja Stiewe

I am an experienced manager and specialist in the area of Development, Compliance and Quality in the pharmaceutical industry. I have a broad expertise ranging from complex product quality monitoring programs, to analytical development and adverse events investigations. I implement and ensure compliance of (country specific) GMP, ICH, and FDA requirements, building on in-depth knowledge of chemical, biochemical, biological and biotech products. I build team spirit by encouragement and open communication which enables a team to develop, and to cope with the changing environment. With strong focus on processes and analytical thinking, I successfully lead in-depth investigations, improve process efficiency, and build on team effectiveness. I do what I promise, and don’t want to leave a meeting without defining next steps. In all, team achievements are what I value most.
