About Anjali Chavan

I am a charismatic and dynamic partner who will help you solve problems and navigate complex people, business, and legal issues. With a strong grounding in labor, employment, and litigation, people are always at the center of my work—whether that is negotiating a contract, implementing a new policy, or spinning out a business. I spent the first half of my legal career in a management-side law firm. Here, I partnered with business and Human Resources professionals to manage complex employment litigation across multiple industries, participate in collective bargaining negotiations for private and public employers, and provide advice and counsel for day-to-day employment issues. Since 2016, I’ve served as an in-house legal partner broadening my scope of practice beyond labor and employment to a true corporate generalist. Every day is different—negotiating contracts, learning a new regulatory scheme, facilitating culture and inclusion programs, planning for ever-changing cyber security rules, or supporting growth through acquisitions or contributions of intellectual property. My motto is to never tell myself no, and I apply that in my work—creating lasting partnerships and building trust to get my clients to yes in a thoughtful and legal way.
