I am a dedicated Learning & Development professional with over 6 years of experience in process training, team leadership, and operational excellence across BFSI and BPO sectors. I specialize in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and designing engaging training materials that enhance learning outcomes. I began my journey in January 2019 at PC Finance as a Process Trainer, and within a year was promoted to Training Team Lead, managing a team of 11 trainers. I then joined 1point1 BPO in November 2021, training teams on SBI Cards collections and recovery, followed by Icollect in October 2022, handling CRED bucket M0 & M1 collections. Since July 2023 at PB Partners, I have been delivering technical training for WhatsApp Bot and PB Partner Application navigation, along with comprehensive insurance portal training for Motor, Health, Travel, Life, and SME insurance. I later took ownership of Motor CRT and Claims training, building the program from scratch, and was promoted to Training Team Lead in April 2025. I am passionate about creating impactful learning experiences, mentoring teams, and driving process excellence, leveraging my skills in Excel, PPT, and training material design to deliver measurable results.
