I make products feel like they were built for the person using them, at that exact point in time.Across Loblaw Digital (Shoppers Drug Mart), Box, and Deloitte, I have led the teams and systems required to master the full stack of personalization:Strategy: I decode user journeys with data to prioritize what to build next. Analyzing behavior for 20M+ customers across Fintech, eCommerce, and Healthtech was the perfect learning ground for doing this at scale.Plumbing & Model Design: I led teams to design the infrastructure (APIs and frameworks) that feeds 200B annual events into models. We built the engine that predicts the "next best nudge" in real-time.Intelligence: I am currently leading a cross-functional team of 20+ to evolve static health campaigns into a real-time behavioral platform. We are scaling this reach through AI-driven conversational interfaces for 920K MAU.I’m at my best in high-ambiguity environments where the path forward isn't clear. I’m scrappy, I take extreme ownership, and I don't just "manage" a roadmap—I own the full user lifecycle. My focus is ensuring users discover value the first time (Aha!) and stay for the long term (Retention).I build the systems that turn "mass-market" products into habits.
