About Anjanay Kumar

I am a consultant at BDO and a reservist in the US Army. I graduated with my MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School with a focus in management, leadership, and decision sciences. I graduated with my MBA from the Tuck School of Business, with a focus in management science and quantitive methods. Prior to graduate school, I spent six years as an active duty intelligence officer in the US Army, working in leadership roles, as a speechwriter & aide-de-camp, and I deployed to Afghanistan with JSOC. As an undergraduate, I majored in economics at UC Berkeley with a focus in behavioral studies and personal finance. I have a strong background in strategic communications, analysis, leadership, and leadership development. My goal is to alternate between the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, combining lessons and skills drawn from one to improve outcomes and expand horizons in the others. I have strong interests in exploring and maintaining a peaceful US-China relationship, and I'm also very interested in organization transformation through the application of cutting edge behavioral science.
