I have led 20+ full cycle SAP implementations, simplifying IT landscapes to drive down costs and increase efficiencies while maintaining regional competitiveness and alignment to corporate standards.Career Achievements- Partnering with over 50 regional and corporate executives I have shaped business transformation strategies and driven technology solutions to generate revenues up to $1M- Achieving critical restructuring targets after four mergers and acquisitions through driving simplification and mentoring high-performing multi-cultural teams of 200+- Disrupting the status quo of traditional thinking from light bulb builders up to CEO through promoting lean thinking and cutting edge technologies- Driving customer focused, optimised business processes across the value chain from inquiry to cash including CRM, supply chain and financials- Recognized as a high performing leader within GE over 23 years, I received 20+ achievement awards including one from the Vice President of IT, Quality and Sourcing. Probono Leadership:Recently I took a sabbatical from GE to give back to my passions of healthcare and education. I spent two months unpacking the needs and barriers of local communities through delivering a women’s healthcare programme proposal as well as increasing project team capacity at a grassroots NGO in India.
