About Anju Shrestha

With over 16 years of experience in administration and financial management within the development sector, I have excelled in handling donor-funded projects for national and international organizations. Currently serving as a Finance and Admin Officer at IM Swedish Development Partner, I manage office administration, procurement, safety, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Previously, at People Forum for Human Rights, I managed the 'Promotion of Access to Justice for Migrant Workers' project, ensuring financial and legal compliance and facilitating donor reporting. My tenure at Beyond Beijing Committee saw me leading organizational financial management, human resources, and logistics. I possess strong negotiation, coordination, and communication abilities, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Academically, I am pursuing ACCA, hold a Master's in Business Studies from TU, and have a Bachelor's in Business Studies from SV Academy College. I am affiliated with AIN Toastmasters Club as Treasurer and serve as a focal person in various AIN working groups. Fluent in Nepali and advanced in English, I am confident in my ability to contribute significantly to any organization.
