About Anke Thiele

Anke founded The Human Link, a leadership consulting & coaching company based in the San Francisco Bay Area, to bring more awareness, humanity, and focus into organizations. With 20+ years as an executive coach and organizational effectiveness consultant, Anke has been a trusted advisor to companies such as Google, IXL Learning, Clifbar, UC Berkeley, Adobe, PwC, Böhringer Ingelheim, and many other Silicon Valley companies. In her coaching work, Anke combines her academic background and professional experience in three areas - psychology, strategy management consulting, as well as her own leadership experience. Her ultimate goal is to help leaders increase effectiveness and achieve higher personal fulfillment. Her coaching clients describe her as insightful, intuitive and goal-oriented, empowering them to reach their full potential, both professionally and personally. Anke is also a certified facilitator and teacher of the Enneagram, a system for understanding distinct personality archetypes as a roadmap for self-discovery, personal growth and more compassion in the world, as well as a certified mindfulness meditation teacher through UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center.
