What I Do: Partnering with my Egon Zehnder colleagues who specialize in your industry, I bring structure and clarity to the complexities of culture transformation and integration. My expertise includes accelerating the integration of newly hired or promoted executives, post-merger integration, and large-scale culture transformation journeys. With my background in organizational psychology, I enhance search processes with psychometric and cultural assessments of final candidates, followed by accelerated integration initiatives. In mergers and transformation programs, I contribute my insights to our appraisals and help reconcile, shape, and align culture with the strategic goals of the new organization for sustained success. 🥇Culture determines the experience people have with an organization, and it starts at the top, whether intentional or not. My specialty is helping top teams craft the ideal human experience, both within their team and with their stakeholders, to drive effectiveness. Who I Am: As a passionate advocate of the "most important transformation of our time - towards an economy that operates within planetary boundaries," I am an active member of Egon Zehnder's Sustainability Practice. I help put the right leaders in positions to drive sustainable change and support our clients in creating a culture of sustainability to build momentum at scale. As an organizational psychologist, I am deeply interested in the human side of business and purposeful transformation. My experience as an HR professional at Deutsche Kreditbank makes me a credible discussion partner for HR and transformation leaders, and an active member of ‍‍ Egon Zehnder's HR practice. Mobility & Automotive is where I indulge my curiosity and future orientation, as well as my interest in business transformation. I have helped industry leaders remain resilient amidst change and explore new opportunities, such as partnerships in hydrogen-based long-haul transportation. ‍ I hold a Master's degree in Psychology from Free University of Berlin and an Executive Master in Business Administration from ESCP Business School. As a lifelong learner, I have continuously furthered my education with various certificates in coaching, training, and organizational development. Based in our Berlin office, I am fascinated by the potential of this metropolis as an ecosystem for innovation. Outside of work, I am involved in 🥾 scouting with my husband and two daughters, passing on my love of nature to the next generation.
