About Ankisha Sharma

When I was 9 years old, I moved to Bangalore to my dad's place. Earlier to that I used to live with my grandparents. My dad had an old computer and he used to teach me how to use it. At the time, I did not understand how it worked, as I could not see it and I made up excuses to not learn it. I was more interested in Biology side, because I could see things live. One day I visited a hospital as my grandfather was diagnosed with Dengue, and there was another elderly person lying next to him and he was in a serious condition. Looking at him, I could not bear the fact that If I become a doctor I'll have to let people go if things go in a bad direction. I was just not ready for it, so I decided, that I'm going to be an Engineer and that was my final decision. So, I took up Information Science Engineering, graduated in 2018 and joined Capgemini as my first company. In Capgemini, I worked as a java developer and support engineer. Later joined, Accenture, and here again worked as a Java developer, more on Spring Boot and Rest APIs. Now, I have moved to Calgary with my husband and looking for an opportunity.
