About Ankit Aich

I specialize in integrating generative AI into user-centered systems, with a focus on designing intelligent and adaptive experiences that prioritize user trust, engagement, and long-term retention. My current work involves building and deploying large language models (LLMs) within agentic systems and virtual machines, leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS EC2 and Bedrock for scalable, production-ready AI solutions. I work towards integrating LLMs with existing REST APIs and building model context protocol servers (MCP) for existing workflows. This includes applications of conversing with wikis, talking to codebases, automating access and permission protocols in large workflows based on NLI and LLM systems. Academically, I also focus on the behavioral modulation of LLMs—including empathy, communication style, and user mirroring—to enhance human-AI interaction and foster deeper user connection. Previously, my research has explored the intersection of LLMs and adversarial AI, particularly within high-impact domains such as healthcare, mental health, and misinformation detection. My work has been published in leading NLP and AI conferences including EMNLP, ACL, NAACL, and With nearly 8 years of experience in AI, NLP, and generative AI system design, I bring deep technical expertise in both the development and integration of AI-driven technologies into real-world systems.
