Hi, My name is Ankit Anand and I am a chemical engineer with a strong academic foundation from Texas A&M University and a passion for process optimization. I was most recently a Process Safety Engineer at Cognascents Consulting group and have roughly over a year's worth of experience in the industry. Having completed 2 internships during my academic journey, I have developed practical skills in chemical process optimization, data analysis, and process simulation. These experiences have honed my ability to effectively analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and optimize processes to improve productivity and sustainability. At Cognascents, I have been involved in a multitude of PHA sessions with various clients where I have demonstrated a strong ability to work in a team setting, as well as strong problem solving skills. I thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. When not in session, I am involved in various activities including meticulous P & ID redlining, generating comprehensive client reports, creating impactful presentations, and conducting thorough process analysis. I am committed to staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously expanding my knowledge to contribute to the field of chemical engineering.
