About Ankit Bahl

As a Project Manager, I have spearhead projects that aims to improve health, hygiene, and nutrition outcomes in three states of India along with improving education levels across 4 states of India and focusing hand hygiene across 3 states of India. With my PMP certification and 10 years of experience in healthcare project management, I lead the creation and implementation of guides, playbooks, and IEC materials that drive behavior change in the community and create sustainable models for the future. As a leader my focus has been on transparent and clear communication with a servant leader style of management. This also enabled me to focus on the development of my team which I believe is a key role for any project manager. I have a strong background in public and community health, having completed my Master of Public Health from the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research and a PGDHHM from the Indira Gandhi National Open University. I have also headed research projects on drug procurement systems, NCDs, and tertiary care surgical packages, enabling and facilitating data collection, analysis, and dissemination. I am passionate about delivering quality healthcare services and solutions to the people who need them the most, and leveraging my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on society.
