As a former Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, I have over six years of experience in the hospitality industry, managing the daily operations and quality standards of the housekeeping department. I have a PGDMA in Housekeeping from Oberoi Center of Learning and Development, and a Postgraduate Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Conestoga College. My core competencies include leadership,customer service, and property management systems. I have led and trained a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty. I have also delivered presentations and workshops on housekeeping best practices, safety protocols, and service excellence. Additionally, I have proficiently used Microsoft Word, Excel, and various property management systems to monitor and report on the housekeeping performance and inventory.
