About Ankit Bajpai

I am working in a UP Excise project called as IESCME( INTEGRATED EXCISE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT). This project is very challenging and learning project for me, during initial phase I was posted in Mohan Goldwater Brewery at Unnao as a Technical engineer where our main motto to see how the plant and it's operation work where we learnt different process such as Brewing, Bottling, Printing and Dispatch related works and it's associated problem. after learning every process our team successful make the Portal according to Excise manual where our main motto to cover the entire supply chain from entering the raw material to sale of beer to main consumer. now in brewery our team successful run this and working as a primary from last 8 months. to doing the same now I am posted to Aarti distillery in Kanpur Dehat here we did the same and learn the additional process such as OT process in which distillery made different type of spirit which is used in different or same industry. Blending process, Bottling process, Printing process and Dispatch from last one month distillery is working as a primary and we are trying to run the plant smoothly so that it's supply chain could perform better so that it will help to increase the revenue of UP Excise.
