With over 11 years of experience in project management and business development, I am a Project Consultant at EXL, where I leverage my skills in IT projects, business solution delivery, product and service pricing strategy, stakeholder management, and vendor engagements to provide data risk analysis and solutions management for banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) clients. I am also certified as a project management professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute and have completed online courses on leading and working remotely. In my previous roles, I have successfully managed and monitored SWIFT implementation at large public sector banks in India, accelerating the management and monitoring of SWIFT implementation at clients sites including the architecture design process, assisting the Pre-sales teams in proposal validation, efforts estimation of project, etc. I have also planned for financial efficiency and innovation by suggesting changes in business processes, providing stakeholder updates, and designing operations KPIs.
