Preparation & Submission of Price Variation to Customer as per Contractual agreement & based on market indices and schedule. Preparation of High Sea Sales Agreement & facilitating Custom Clearance of the Imported Items. Preparation & Finalization of SCC & GCC of Contract with Vendors based on our Contract with Customer • Contractual Claim Management with Customer based on Change in Scope / Contractual Terms & Conditions. Capturing & Analyzing input delays on account of Customer & submitting requests to Customer for availing Time Extension with increase in Contract Price • Risk Management Coordinating meetings with all internal stake holders for preparation of Risk register. Quantification of identified Risks in terms of commercial impact on company after analyzing their probability of occurrence & expected controllability. Analyzing the severity of each identified Risk & presenting to management to seek their intervention based on severity. Preparation of Risk Mitigation plans for all identified Risks after discussing with all internal stake holders • Project Cost Control Preparing Expected Cost To Complete for the Project. Monitor cash flow projections, reviewing outstanding status & project billing status & report actual cash flow & variance to senior management • Project Schedule Control Preparing L2 schedule in Primavera & taking lead for L3 Schedules. Coordinating & conducting various review meetings with relevant departments to review Project Progress & discuss further course of actions. Assessing the resources required to execute the work-scope contained within the project Spearheading Lean Management implementation in Project Management to improve all Project schedule and costs
