About Ankit Karnani

I am a Senior Manager Finance at Abbott, a global leader in pharmaceuticals and healthcare products. With around 10 years of post qualification experience, I have a strong background in financial accounting, reporting, auditing, and compliance, as well as a passion for automation and process improvement. In my current role, I lead the preparation, analysis, and finalization of IND AS financial statements, ensuring adherence to USGAAP, INDAS, and company policies. I also coordinate and handle various audits, monthly reporting, risk management, and SOX / ICFR compliance, collaborating with senior leadership and external stakeholders. Additionally, I have developed multiple automations in different processes using Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Excel, resulting in improved efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. I also hold a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA. My mission is to deliver high-quality financial information and insights, support business decisions and strategies, and drive operational excellence and innovation.
