About Ankit Kumar Singh

Currently working in Supply Chain department of Sophos. Managing supply chain with vendors, inter warehouse transections, products planning, demand forcast and analysis. Prior to this I was campus placed in Samsara Shipping Pvt LTD where I was recruited as a Management trainee and managed shipping lines as their agent in India, coordinated greatly with exporters,importers and ports. During my Post Graduation, i joined Adani Mundra port for understanding break bulk,container and liquid operations, At the end of the my training at Adani Mundra port i submitted my report on how we can indirectly deceased fuel consumption while berthing and unberthing of ships at port by maintaining dedicated teams in a specific and efficient manner,which reduces time for berthing operation and decreased the fuel consumed by Tugs which could be huge for three tugs even a minute. Supply Chain and Logistics are the key areas of my expertise and I am constantly working for drive for quality and learning from my new experiences.
