About Ankit Methwani

I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Computer Science at Santa Clara University with the graduation date of May 2020. Besides the comprehensive background in computer science, I like to learn new technologies and increase my knowledge set. I enjoy being challenged to work on projects that require me to think creatively and innovatively. I recently interned with Amazon.com as a Software Development Engineering Intern in the summer of 2019, wherein I worked with the Amazon SageMaker organization, and developed an automated mechanism that profiles sample notebooks from amazon-sagemaker-examples repository. I worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture Service where I was working in Oracle Application. I did my Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University. During my academic career, I also managed to accrue nearly 2 months of an internship experience. I had the privilege of working for Grabstr Technologies Pvt. Ltd as an Android Application Developer role, where I handled the complete development cycle from conception to requirement gathering to UI designing, development, testing, error fixing, support and followed Material Design Guidelines. I have a strong foundation in Computer Science along with the desire to learn and grow. My internship experience, project work and the courses that I have enrolled at University helped me gain extensive knowledge on design and development of AWS Technologies such as AWS Step Function, AWS Lambda, AWS CloudFormation, Amazon SageMaker, AWS CloudWatch & Amazon S3, Data Structures and Algorithms, and Web Applications. I am also self-sufficient and able to work independently as per the need. I believe my skills and work ethic make me an ideal candidate to work as a Software Engineer in your organization.
