I lead the Growth team at DailyObjects, where we build and scale the D2C engine across performance marketing, product funnels, retention, SEO, consumer insights, and revenue planning. Prior to Dailyobejcts, I was leading Growth at Licious, and was working across Experiments, CLM/CRM and Merchandising, driving initiatives to improve new user conversion, driving initiatives across customer value cohorts to enhance user and revenue retention and scale the loyalty program, while owning the P&L. Previously, at Swiggy, I played a key role in launching and driving the GTM strategy for some of Swiggy’s biggest offerings, including Instamart. In this role, I was fortunate to get opportunities to develop a deep understanding of user behavior, customer problem-solving, and first-principle thinking to identify customer JTBDs and solve them through innovative product offerings. Before this, I established and led Swiggy’s Central Merchandising function, managing a team of 10 and serving as the bridge between business and product teams to optimize conversion and revenue across geographies via the Swiggy app. I am a MBA post grad (NMIMS Mumbai) and a B.Tech graduate from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.
