Current focus: Optical Metrology and Quality improvement Experience & Achievements: Industry & Metrology At ASML, conducted nano-level metrology using advanced equipment (IFM, NexView), performed failure analysis, and documented results under clean room protocols and conditions. Applied 5S + 1 methodology for the efficient, safe, and ordered work environment Successfully applied SAP, MATLAB, and other industrial tools for quality assurance and measurement evaluation in a high-tech semiconductor environment. Engineering & Product Development Delivered CAD & CAE solutions for multiple clients (e.g, Sekhina Pvt. Ltd, ZN Blacksmith), including prototyping, injection molding, and 3D printing. Managed full design cycles. Registered a freelance engineering business in Germany (with a tax number) and completed diverse projects using Fusion 360, Inventor, and Siemens NX. Applied DFM methodologies to optimize designs for manufacturing and reduce failure risk. Trained in Six Sigma principles and FMEA (beginner level). Research & Innovation Pioneered hybrid nanostructure coatings that improved adhesion of stainless steel with epoxy resin by 3.5x. Good for corrosion protection and cold welding in aerospace and automotive industries. Funded by Institut für Leichtbau mit Hybridsystemen (ILH) https://ilh.uni-paderborn.de/ Discovered a bottom-up synthesis of FeOOH nanostructures known for solar-powered water splitting - impactful in renewable H₂ generation. The goal was to create a self-healing hydrogel. Fabricated 2D photonic crystals using Si nanowires filled with SnO₂ for advanced gas sensors with enhanced environmental resistance and fast response, demonstrated during my Master's thesis. Unique idea contribution: found a process to fill SnO₂ inside Si nanowires. Experience with complex nanofabrication techniques: MACE, lithography, plasma etching, sol-gel synthesis, etc. Technical Communication & Documentation At W.O.M. GmbH, I created compliant documentation and product graphics for medical devices, aligning with EU and ISO regulations. Delivered technical documentation and process guidelines as a technical writer intern at GAOTek Inc. and supported innovation processes. Language & Cross-Cultural Achievements Worked in multilingual environments across multiple industries, enabling collaboration in technical, research, and consulting roles. Served as a translator/liaison between German and English clients at Deutsche Vermögensberatung AG, supporting team recruitment and social media marketing.
