With over nine years of experience in logistics management, I've had the opportunity to build resilient last-mile networks from scratch—like when I spearheaded the establishment of intracity logistics operations at Moglix. This project not only involved tech development but also required strategic planning and team recruitment. The result? A remarkable cost reduction of 35% while launching innovative same-day and next-day delivery models. My journey has taken me through various roles where I've honed my skills in operational management and data analysis. At RIVIGO, I was responsible for overseeing daily operations across 106 branches, ensuring we maintained an impressive on-time delivery rate above 85%. It was rewarding to see how effective scheduling and team coordination could lead to such high performance. During my time at DTDC Express Limited, I managed end-to-end eCommerce logistics operations while developing dashboards to track key performance indicators like turnaround time (TAT) and return-to-origin (RTO) rates. Collaborating with regional teams to enhance operational efficiency taught me the importance of teamwork in achieving common goals. Outside of work, I’ve always been passionate about fostering entrepreneurial skills among peers. As an executive member of the Consulting and Entrepreneurship Club at IIM Raipur, I organized workshops and discussions with industry leaders that inspired many budding entrepreneurs.
