As a Senior Security Analyst at Capgemini, I work with a team to provide, maintain, and administer endpoint security technologies and secure email gateway tools for various clients. I have expertise in Crowd strike EDR, Carbon Black EDR, Symantec, as well as Proofpoint (TRAP & TAP) to analyse and remediate suspicious and spam emails. I am responsible for coordinating all aspects of upgrades, new solutions, and follow-ups after outbreak situations, as well as creating and obtaining approval for change requests. I also perform investigations escalated by the SOC team, pull weekly/monthly reports for antivirus and email gateway tools, and prepare documents like SOP and TOD related to Antivirus Administration. I have a proven track record of resolving incidents related to antivirus/email gateway issues and collaborating with other support level teams to ensure best practices. Additionally, I have experience in technical auditing, technical support, and endpoint security from my current role at Capgemini. I have completed my field of study in Technology at Brindavan Institute of technology and science, Kurnool, and I have obtained multiple certifications, including Proofpoint Essentials - Level 1,Certified Forcepoint DLP Administrator and Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200).
