As a Client Success Lead since June 2024, I am majorly focusing on the onboarding, renewal, and retention of key accounts with an ACV of or more. My role involves driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, analyzing key performance metrics (CSAT, CLV, NPS, FRT), and ensuring team success through training, development, and performance evaluation. Additionally, I actively collaborate with the tech team on production issues, Sprint planning, and development initiatives. Earlier served as a Client Success Specialist at Phreesia and was dedicated to overseeing the success of premium clients. Proficient in managing upsell, cross-sell, client relationships, and data analytics, I ensure the overall health and satisfaction of the client accounts. Additionally, I play a pivotal role in training new team members. Previously, as a Customer Success Manager/Growth Manager at Classplus, I spearheaded the growth of key accounts, focusing on cross-selling and upselling strategies. I also led various new initiatives to drive organizational development. Prior to this, I contributed significantly to business development and key account management during my tenure at Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd. There, I excelled as a Senior Executive - Retail Sales, handling 13 districts across Bihar & Jharkhand for Godrej Locking Solutions & Systems.
