I began my journey at Lido Learning, where I led cross-functional post-sales operations and built a ₹10 Cr+ revenue vertical from scratch. This business-first foundation shaped my product thinking as I moved into roles at Byju’s and Ajio B2B. At Byju’s, I led the launch of AutoSolver — India’s first AI-powered question-solving engine used by millions of students — and built several other digital learning products. At Ajio, I reimagined key ordering and post-purchase experiences for B2B buyers, significantly improving CSAT, conversion rates, and operational metrics. Lately, I’ve been focused on GenAI-led product innovation — building AI agents for sales, planning, and delivery; reducing manual effort across GTM workflows; and enabling teams to build AI agents using natural language interfaces. I thrive on translating complex tech into intuitive, user-first solutions that move business metrics. Beyond work, I’m a passionate aviation enthusiast and community builder. I run a global network of aviation enthusiasts and spend my free time photographing aircraft, discussing aviation, and teaching Math.
