I have enjoyed two distinct careers. Initially as a business development professional in the international corporate ecosystem, where I spent six and a half years in multiple countries. And then as a social entrepreneur in India. Work that's taken me from the deepest jungles of the South, to the shores of the sea, to the urban landscapes of Indian cities, working with vulnerable Adivasi and coffee farmers communities. STARTUP EXPERIENCE : 2013 to present Co-founder & Director : Ruby's coffee. An social impact startup focused on giving small farmers outrageous rates for their outrageously good organic coffee; training and career pathing world class baristas; and brewing epic coffee. Present status : accelerator mode! Co-founder & CEO : PLENTI, volunteer tourism venture, to provide skills and funding for the Adivasi community of the lower Nilgiri Hills. A community of around people, across four PVTG (Particularly and vulnerable tribal groups). Present status : working & on auto-pilot! Founder & CEO Ecoscape. Ecotourim in the Nilgiris. Setup and run in collaboration with Adivasi (tribal) people of Gudalur valley. Present status : on HOLD. CORPORATE EXPERIENCE : 2004 to 2011.
