About Ankur Ghosh

With a strong foundation in the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies I transitioned from a QA Lead to a Product Manager role at DBSync. In my current position I focus on competitor analysis and go-to-market strategies utilizing the MoSCoW technique to prioritize features and ensure the product meets market demands. I collaborate closely with engineering and UX designers to create specifications for new features while continuously coordinating with support customer success and services teams to gather feedback for product enhancements. My connection with end customers enables me to understand their expectations and experience leveraging my technical background to identify new revenue opportunities. In addition I contribute to marketing efforts including blog writing to support our overall communication strategy and align it with our product vision. Previously as a QA Lead I designed and implemented automation test cases setting quality benchmarks and driving corrective actions to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. My expertise with tools like Selenium Katalon Studio and Docker along with my proficiency in Jira and Bitbucket continues to inform my approach as a Product Manager ensuring both quality and innovation are at the core of what we deliver.
