Additionally, added value to the firm by performing below 3 additional activities: 1. Create multiple detailed templates for standard documentation and hand-over of the entire integrated implementation for strategic changes to the support team thus reducing the resolution time by ~40%. Designed a completely new training series on 'Fund of Funds' for the employees (received the highest approval rating of 4.9/5 for the second session) 3. Looked over multiple functional specifications across master data management products and provided actionable suggestions which have been appreciated. Before Consulting experience, worked for 4.5 years as a credit rating analyst at CRISIL Ratings. Covered 300+ Indian companies, ranging from small to large-sized corporates across multiple sectors with 0% default rate from investment grade during coverage. Additionally, added value to the firm by creating the annual article for the Basmati Rice industry in 2021 with coverage received in multiple newspapers.
