About Ankur Kumar

Hi! I’m Ankur Kumar a final-year B.Tech student at IIT Guwahati with a strong passion for building meaningful tech products. While my academic background is in Civil Engineering I’ve always been drawn to the world of software development—where creativity meets logic to solve real-world problems. Over the past few years I’ve developed web and mobile applications using technologies like React Node.js MongoDB and Flutter. During my SDE internship at Grabmypg I had the opportunity to work on a full-stack project that improved user experience and engagement through seamless UI and backend optimization. Some of my favorite projects include: -LearnEase an academic improvement app designed with Flutter and Firebase -WOBO a feature-rich blogging platform powered by the MERN stack and integrated with Razorpay -FairSplit a smart debt settlement system built using greedy algorithms and graph theory Outside of coding I’ve actively taken on leadership roles—whether it’s organizing workshops for 2 000+ students through the E-Cell at IITG or driving community events as part of the Youth Empowerment Club. These experiences have taught me how to collaborate communicate and lead effectively. I’m always curious constantly learning and eager to contribute to projects that make a real difference.
