I envision Artificially Intelligent Construction Processes! I am currently working as a 'Research Assistant' on construction innovation projects at the School of Surveying & Construction Innovation in Technological University, Dublin. Additionally, I am also pursuing my PhD (part-time) researching on construction site inspections and construction compliance with a specific focus on process automation and behavioral improvements to maximise quality compliance. Research Projects- In association with Irish Building Stock Observatory to characterize commercial housing stock in Ireland based on its energy efficiency and building performance-'AI‐COMPLI: AI Supported Automated Construction compliance inspection' funded by Construct Innovate in association with Fenagh Engineering to seed the disruption of visual construction inspections through the application of Artificial Intelligence techniques based on Computer Vision and Machine Learning via camera technology-'A-EYE Control Tower Project' funded by Enterprise Ireland under Disruptive Technologies Innovative Fund (DTIF), Ireland aimed at developing a Construction Visualization Platform to passively capture data and deliver mission-critical information in real-time to stakeholders. A bit more about me: I am a post graduate in Construction Technology and Management focused in Automation & AI from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, India (NITK) with a professional experience of 3 years in Digital Transformation, Operations & Project Planning. I have previously worked as a Senior Engineer with a deep knowledge of data analytics and tracking key KPIs in the construction processes. Adept at ideating and developing new solutions to reduce delays and increase efficiency at project sites. Practiced in project planning and scheduling with a demonstrated history of streamlining and automating construction processes. Skilled in Primavera P6, Power BI, MATLAB, AutoCAD & Revit. Key Achievements- Successfully implemented three digital projects at Larsen & Toubro Construction- Implementation of Smart Glass Technology, a remote site monitoring application at L&T- Provided technical solutions to Waste Water Business Unit. I hope to bring in a new generation of construction management dominated by AI & automation.
