Able to document and present clear and concise analysis using effective written reports and diagrams • Produce Feasibility report and Cost estimate to senior management and sponsors. • Perform process improvement analysis, and present well-rounded proposals to senior management. • Conduct focus group sessions to gather requirements, review documents and facilitate sign offs. • Develop strong relationship with stakeholders, and work as a single point of contact across the portfolio. • Work with QA teams to plan, prepare, write and execute test scripts for UAT. • Manage overall defect resolution process. • Perform hybrid and multi-dimensional roles to provide flexibility in terms of resource management.
