Piping stress professional having 9 years of experience in oil and gas industry both onshore and offshore as well, petrochemicals industries & refinery. I am proficient in CAESAR II, pipe support etc. Having experience on both onshore and offshore projects. In offshore projects I have been responsible for work as- • Performed various activities as piping engineer in subsea projects. • Design optimization and stress analysis of manifold piping. • Prepared Design Basis, Piping Specification documents for project. • Perform wall thickness calculation. • MTO preparation. • Coordination with different work packs teams such as system, structure, FEA, Tie In & X tree etc. • Involved in design review of the projects as a piping lead. • Successfully executed the KEG & Tyrving project as piping lead. • Review supplier documents. • Collaborated with client & third-party contractors for technical queries. • Prepare special fitting items. • Prepare Piping FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) procedures for the manifolds. • Performed Vortex Induced Vibration calculation. • Involved in manhour estimation of projects work. • Involved in preparation of standardized subsea documents & global specifications. • Having experience of different codes & standards ASME, API, ASTM, DNV, NORSOK, IS. • Onshore engineering in IOCL Barauni Capacity Extension Project. • Deputed to Norway once for loadout activity & fabrication yard of Aker Solutions in Egersund. • Done analysis of SSIV through DNV code which is first time in our company. • Preparing complete preservation procedure of module as a System Engineer in Jansz Project. In onshore projects I have been responsible for work as Stress Analysis of lines connected to Pumps, heat exchangers, Column, Reciprocating & Centrifugal compressor, Heater, Turbine, lines connected to PSV, Air coolers etc, Issue loads to civil through IDIT for designing of pipe rack and platforms. Marking on isometric for support locations, support tagging (primary supports) as per client support specification. To review vendor’s documents/Drawings for comment. Preparation of Critical line list. Co-ordination with Civil/structural and Mechanical. Performing calculation (Trunnion, Psv Reaction force, Slug force, WRC-107/WRC297, Flange Leakage, Pipe Thickness, SIF, Wind load, Seismic load, Support strength etc.) Selection of Hangers, & Strut. Preparation of Purchase requisition for springs. Designing of SPS. Dynamic analysis of piping. Preparation of Support Register. Work for MCMS and Support MTO
