Having accrued over 12+ years of invaluable experience in the construction realm, I've actively contributed to a spectrum of projects, ranging from the groundbreaking Marquee Bullet Train (MAHSR) initiative to various transport infrastructure, metros, commercial railways (DFCCIL), and bridge developments. My expertise spans the execution and supervision of diverse elements, encompassing bridges, substructures involving varied open foundation works, and the construction of reinforced concrete superstructures, including pier caps, abutment caps, PSC girders, segments, solid slabs, among others. I possess adept knowledge of precast structures and am fully conversant with modern bridge construction techniques, compliance standards such as IS, RDSO, IRS, DMRC,JAS and more. Throughout my journey, I've shouldered significant responsibilities encompassing construction monitoring, project management, detailed engineering, and the meticulous review of structural designs and drawings. Additionally, I've been actively involved in assessing work programs, scrutinizing quality assurance plans, and overseeing quality management and control. My proficiency extends to a profound understanding of existing bridge techniques and standards, coupled with a comprehensive grasp of the latest construction methodologies.
