I do this by integrating three core functions: Mergers & Acquisitions: I provide rigorous, end-to-end management of the M&A lifecycle. This includes expert valuation, thorough finance and culture due diligence, corporate restructuring, and navigating complex regulations to ensure a technically sound transaction. I work closely with the leadership and CHRO on culture assessment and integration. Fractional CFO Services: My work goes beyond transactions, offering ongoing strategic financial leadership. I partner with organisations to enhance profitability, optimise cash flow, and build a resilient financial framework that supports sustainable, long-term growth. Organisational Development: I believe that true success stems from the power of people. I facilitate seamless post-merger integrations, change management and foster organisational health by aligning business strategy with company culture. This holistic perspective also informs my work as a visiting professor, where I teach the next generation of leaders about Valuation, M&A Business Consulting, and Leadership. I am Chartered Accountant, Master in Business Finance (ICAI), EUM partner, ODA Certified OD and Facilitation Professional and a Sustainability Reporting (BRSR) Professional. I am a keen student of Yoga, Vedanta and Paninian Sanskrit. I completed a three-year residential study of Vedanta and Sanskrit grammar at Arsha Vidya Gurukulam, Nagpur, from 2017 to 2020. Thereafter, I completed a four-year weekly study of Patanjali Yoga Sutra with Ritambhara Ashram in 2020-2024. I remain committed to deepening my practice of Yoga, Vedānta, and their applications for personal and organizational development. I believe that self-knowledge arises within a systemic context, a perspective that aligns my inner purpose with my life’s pursuits—my true raison d’être.
