About Anline Joy

With over 8 years of experience as a Product Owner and Business Analyst in the healthcare IT industry, I have successfully led and managed the end-to-end product development and requirements analysis for EHR and data platforms at Cerner Corporation and Allscripts. I have a strong background in the US healthcare domain, with a focus on patient safety, ambulatory and acute care clinical workflows, and core EHR data. As a SAFe POPM certified product owner and product manager, I have applied the Scaled agile framework methodology to create and prioritize epics and user stories, conduct product and team backlog grooming, evaluate development risks, perform hazard analysis, and implement mitigations for multiple scrum teams. I have played an integral role in maintaining the Product backlog, defining Product Strategy and in PI planning. I have also leveraged my domain and user expertise to introduce new products and features to clients, and to collaborate with stakeholders and developers to deliver value and quality. Additionally, I have a unique perspective as a former dentist with seven years of multi-disciplinary experience in clinical practice, and a master's degree in Hospital administration.
