Job Responsibilities: Client Conferences – Requirement gathering and analyzed business expectations received by client for each change or new request, Bridging the communication gap between developers and clients. Defect tracking – Creating developer-friendly User Stories, logging defects, tracking the defects to resolution and timely closure and providing BA Approvals on the same. Discussing the issues/suggestions with onshore, IT and user team and attending debrief sessions for quick remedy of the issues faced during daily execution. Taking the Defect call which includes a larger audience of Dev and Product Management team and communicate the Defect found and follow up on open Defect. Functional Walkthroughs – Providing knowledge transfer to the new and existing members of the team on business enhancements, functionality of the system and processes to be followed. Proactively communicate and collaborate with Functional Requirement Document Writers, Functional Script writers, development leads and Production management team. Formalized Reporting – Creation of daily and weekly status reports for various developments, reporting of overall defect status to senior level managers. Played vital role in Test case preparation as well as execution of major developments. Validating the accuracy/efficiency/robustness of the new enhancements via Integration testing as well as Performing Functional testing of Blocker and critical issues. Also performing test activities to verify and validate the Build (developed product in each release). Understand and provide sessions on the master test plan and/ or the project plan to the team. Techno-functional Guidance – Resolving technical queries of developers related to any enhancement’s implementation as well as application support whenever required.
