Currently serving in a developmental assignment as a Regional Manager for the Versico brand and as the Chair of the Customer Experience (CX) Steering Committee. Most recently, I passed my Director of Customer Success role at Carlisle Construction Materials on to a talented successor. Founder and owner of Good Dog Rising, a SF local dog training center in Carlisle, PA, specializing in providing an enjoyable and effective learning environment for both people and dogs. Good Dog Rising serves the families of over 175 dogs per week for dog training classes, private behavior consultations, and other specialized services.
