About Ann Claes

Previous experiences have made me realize that I love working with people (customers/managers/sales people), helping and assisting them in their daily tasks and routines and providing great service to them. I am now looking forward to a new challenge, where the social aspect (dealing with people) is very important to me. I hope I can also make use of my strong administrative, communication and organisational skills. I love to make people happy and satisfied -) A glance at my professional career so far: From 1997 till 2010, I worked in the Customer Services team, mainly for the Spanish Market. I was responsible from order entry till delivery at the customer, taking care also of problem and complaint solving. During that period, for some time, I was also European Order Coordinator for some of our products, and I participated in many improvement projects for the Customer Services team. In 2010 I left the Customer Services team and I became a Customer Service Functional Expert. At that moment, due to the experience I had build in the CS group, I moved to a more supportive role for the Customer Services Management, Product Management and the Planning Teams. I participated in many improvement projects over the years. I additionally became BU administrator and Process Owner for the Salesforce Price Approval system and handled Contract Management and all kinds of questions around Integration when DuPont's M&M division was bought by Celanese. Last year I moved into a function that focused on internal and external Customer Inquiries resolution and worked on Master Data maintenance.
