About Ann Claude

Ann Claude is the founder and CEO of Access and Care Group Home and Your Access and Care Homes. She is a native of Boston, MA, and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Nursing. She specializes in Addiction Medicine, Psychiatry, and Public Health. As a registered nurse, Ann fell in love with caring for patients and building long-lasting relationships with every patient she met. Ann is a strong advocate for her patients, especially those from diverse and underserved communities. Ann’s colleagues and patients praise her for her exceptional work ethic and commitment to providing judgment-free compassionate care to her patients. After working as a nurse, Ann recognized a pressing need within the community and was compelled to address it. She observed the stark reality that many of her patients lacked access to safe and secure housing, which exacerbated their health challenges. Ann worked to address this issue head-on and created Access and Care Housing to provide low-barrier and lasting solutions for housing-insecure populations in the community. In just a few months after starting Access and Care Housing Ann has filled three houses with tenants and has provided shelter to over 30 individuals. Ann is motivated to continue this line of work and provide more homes for those in need. Outside of her professional passions, Ann loves going on long walks with her dog, spending time with her family, and trying new cuisines.
