Ann Croasdell and her son Kyle Clark are lifelong Florida residents. A 30-year veteran in real estate sales, Ann knows Florida and the business of real estate from the inside out. She is the former assistant executive director for the Florida Real Estate Commission, president and founder of the Academy of Florida Real Estate, former real estate investment and management instructor at Seminole Community College and national speaker and instructor for the Charles J. Givens Foundation. Ann is the author and editor of real estate textbooks and manuals as well as the author of The Landlord is a Lady, So You Want To Be a Real Estate Agent and Can You Spell Telemarketing. Over the past three decades Ann's commitment to her clients has helped many individuals and families settle into their first home and resell and find larger homes as their families have grown. She has been right there to assist Central Floridians through a multitude of life transitions and today, like the Croasdell-Clark team, many of her clients are second-generation buyers and sellers.
