My career in the health sector began as a Registered Nurse and my evolution has built on those important skills – with a career spanning many varied roles, including Field Nurse, Team Leader, Client Services Manager, Head of At Home Support- Vic, Tas, SA, WA with Bolton Clarke (fomerly RDNS) and my current role Manager- Clinical and Business Integration My focus for 2018 is to create more opportunities for clients to live their lives with dignity and care. Bolton Clarke has a long-standing history of providing quality care – primarily to people in their own homes but also at school and in workplaces across the country. I’m proud to be involved in an organisation with such a strong commitment to aging, health and well-being programs, where quality, accessibility and consistency are critical foundations. I have an excellent understanding and working knowledge of key government funded aged care programs including Commonwealth Home Care Packages (CHCP), Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), DVA and the State Government funded Home and Community Care -Program for Younger People (HACC-PYP) The aged care sector is dynamic and evolving and I look forward to networking with peers and sharing the experiences that will help us all enter an exciting new world of aged care reform. By working together, we can ensure the client is kept at the centre of our thinking and planning, with the delivery of quality services that work within the boundaries of funding guidelines.
