About Ann Dysiewicz

I am a PRINCE 2 qualified Project Manager with over 15 years of senior project management experience. I am focused on developing, implementing, and driving the organisation’s IT Strategy, security systems and governance. In my current role, I also lead the organisation’s disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT and am responsible for our IT Asset Management and developing our IT Budgets. As well as leading the IT function internally, I also oversee and manage our outsourced IT services which include installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks, and responding to the needs of internal stakeholders to provision appropriate IT solutions to ensure the security and governance requirements are met. I’m an innovative individual who’s always looking for new, efficient, and productive ways of doing things. I firmly believe in putting people before technology – the technology drives efficiencies for people and should be implemented to improve ‘user experience’ across employees, stakeholders, and customers. I am committed to keeping our IT environment safe and secure, having recently carried out re-certification for Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, and IASME Governance. My passion for delivering excellence and commitment on my work is second to none. I thrive on solving problems, providing workable solutions, and taking on new challenges. I am passionate about what I do. I thrive in a challenging environment and embrace change, new ways of doing things and varied perspectives from others.
