As Quality and Performance Manager some of the main areas I am responsible for spearheading include: 1. Our Equality Duty under Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act-policy screening, producing annual progress reports to the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland, facilitating staff equality and diversity e-learning. Customer Service Excellence (CSE)- monitoring performance and customer satisfaction in our main service areas, including overseeing complaints, facilitating the entire annual assessment against the Customer Service Excellence Standard, including uploading all of the evidence onto the online assessment tool. Investors in People (IIP)coordinator for the Association's IIP Assessments 4. Staff internal training including annual Staff Away Day/Conference 6. Business Planning - quarterly monitoring and reporting on our annual Operational Plan (Key business priorities and KPIs)to the Board 7. experience of co-ordinating key external and regulatory inspections/audits/annual returns. Preparing the submissions for various external quality accreditations. Editor of the Association's Corporate Responsibility (CR)and Equality Matters Sections of the Annual Report. Data Protection Officer (DPO)- including staff training, production of guidance notes, recording Subject Access Requests, logging data breach incidents and carrying out data breach investigations. Over seeing personal data audits and data sharing agreements. HouseMark - Benchmarking and Performance Data Inputter. Central Policy Register monitoring and management. Chairing Staff Consultative Forum meetings which include the full review of all internal policies and procedures. I was Chair of the Chartered Institute of Housing in Northern Ireland (CIH NI)from April 2011 - May 2013 and was a Board member of CIH NI from 2003 - May 2014. During this time I was also Vice Chair of the Conference and Events Team from 2007 to 2011. Specialties:>Hosted the first and second Chartered Institute of Housing Northern Ireland Awards with Jamie Delargy UTV in February 2010 and February 2011 before addressing the Awards as Chair in February 2012 and February 2013.>Served as a judge for the Construction Employers Federation Construction Excellence Awards in 2012 and again for the Social and Private Housing Categories in 2013.
