Technical background in protection and case management, and experience supporting organisations working in case management, psycho-social support, advocacy, livelihoods, cash-based interventions, WaSH, disaster risk reduction, and conflict transformation/peace-building. Committed to sound & solid monitoring and evaluation because if it's not written down, nobody knows it went down. Committed to planning and learning and planning again because there simply isn't any other way to grow. Producer of outcomes soft and hard, because both are profoundly important. Adept at leading, following, observing and suggesting, working together or solo, in an office or in the field, for what's good and against what's not.
