A highly motivated and proficient all round administrator with excellent customer services skills. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. I am at an intermediate level using Microsoft programs including CRM systems and am always capable of learning new systems with success and ease. Strong telephone management skills enable me to answer, screen and forward calls in a timely manner and provide full information when taking messages. I am able to perform general administration tasks for example filing, photocopying, opening and distribution of mail, reception duties, organising meetings and minute taking. My abilities include producing accurate documents, including but not limited to letters, monthly reports and presentations, along with data entry. I have a typing speed of approximately 65 wpm. All the above skills along with strong interpersonal and communication skills allows me to develop good working relationships with colleagues and management of all levels.
