Background
About Ann Jacob
Hi, I'm Ann Jacob — a counselling psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Currently, I work as a School Counsellor at Trivandrum International School, Kerala, where I support students’ emotional well-being, help them navigate challenges, and collaborate with teachers and parents to create a safe and nurturing environment. Prior to this, I worked at SMC, Air Force Station Ambala, where I provided psychological support and counselling services to Air Force personnel and families, gaining valuable experience in handling a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns. Coming from an Army background myself, I understand the importance of adaptability, resilience, and empathy — qualities I bring into every session and interaction. I’m passionate about promoting mental health awareness, building meaningful connections, and creating safe spaces for individuals to feel heard and supported. Always open to learning and growing in the field of psychology, and keen to connect with like-minded professionals and educators.
